How long will it take to setup Mailstore?
A
Mailstore can be enabled and functional within 2 – 3 hours of an order being placed and accepted.

How do I access my domain?

Upon registration you will be provided a URL with a unique username and password to access all of the domains registered through ZaheZone

Do you provide SSL certificates?
A
ZaheZone offers a range of SSL certificates from various providers and with various warranties. If you have any specific requirements, please email sales@zahezone.com.au

How do I manage Zone records?
A
Yes – as with all products sold by ZaheZone, there is the option for ongoing management and monitoring.

How do I transfer my domain name?
A
Once you have the EPP code from your current domain provider, simply email sales@zahezone.com.au advising you wish to transfer your domain, and our domain experts can arrange the rest!

Do you have financing options available?
A
Yes – for hardware and some software packages, flexible monthly financing options are available.

Are there long lock in contracts?
A
Most software and services provided by ZaheZone are provided on a month to month basis – however discounts are available for longer term agreements.

Where is my data located?
A
All of the data and cloud hosted services provided by ZaheZone are located 100% within Australian Tier 3 datacentres. Our datacentre partners are located within all states and territories, so if you have a specific requirement on where your data is located – simply chat to our friendly sales staff who will be able to provide a tailored solution.

There are software & services that I am interested in that you haven’t mentioned – can you provide or support them?

With collective experience of over 25 years within the IT industry – there aren’t many software packages, or solutions that we haven’t seen! The software, brands and solutions listed are ones that we use day in and day out – however we do have an extensive list of partners that we work with – so if we personally don’t provide the services you require, we can guarantee that we can put you in touch with the right people.
