How Do You Access MailStore’s Archive?
If you have MailStore Server, you can access the archive through your Outlook account. In this program, simply click on the My Archive folder, and all your archived emails will present as a list.
How Do You Allow People to Edit the Archive?
If you want your employees to be able to archive, export, or delete emails from the archive, you must specify this condition with the Client Software. Click on Administrative tools > Users and Archives > Users. In this tab, tick the relevant boxes under the ‘Privileges’ title.
